2 Ingredient Banana Cookies

15 minutes per cookie and only 60 calories? SCORE.  

This isn't even a recipe.  Its just mixing two things together for a sweet treat that will leave you with ZERO guilt.  

For real.  No weird sounding ingredients you can't pronounce from a box.  Just all natural, and no added sugars.  EVER.  

These are dairy-free and gluten-free.  They make a good breakfast or a healthy treat.  I hope you have bananas and a jar of Pantry Doctor Overnight Oats on hand.  

For Valentines Day, I dip one side of these in dark chocolate! I hope you enjoy a cookie or two for breakfast this week!

IINGREDIENTS

1 jar Pantry Doctor Overnight Oats 

1 banana

 

IINSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  

Mash 1 banana with a fork. 

Mix in 1 jar of PD Overnight oats. 

Drop by the spoonful on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 9-11 minutes.  

Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack.  

These cookies will keep in a covered container for a few days or they can be frozen and will keep for a month! You can reheat them in the microwave for 30 seconds. 

This recipe makes about 7 cookies.
