1 jar Pantry Doctor Overnight Oats
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mash 1 banana with a fork.
Mix in 1 jar of PD Overnight oats.
Drop by the spoonful on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 9-11 minutes.
Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack.
These cookies will keep in a covered container for a few days or they can be frozen and will keep for a month! You can reheat them in the microwave for 30 seconds.
This recipe makes about 7 cookies.
